Yes, its times like these, sitting on Rens sofa, reflecting on life, that I must think of my bad influences on people.
In paricular, to the poor defenseless Ren, who is sitting next to me, and has been for the last 3 hours, with my old gameboy colour in her hands. Yes that right, she has fallen into the world of Pokemon! What can bring her out, who knows? But she has been giving a full commentary on her pokemons levels since the start (though in the last 10min se has been srangely quiet )
Why is Ren defenseless, you ask? Well, she has this massive bandage in her leg and is unable to do more than a shuffle-hop to get anywhere, thanks to surgery. Therefore, gameboy is the perfect distraction. (good thing I have two, otherwise I would have to snatch my purple one back off her (not the best thing to do while she's in this condition, one-track mind and all))
(the good thing about this is, I'm going to be gone by the time she reads this journal, so will be safe (for the moment) from her codeine induced state of mind)
Anyway, hopefully I'm extending my old gameboy collection this christmas with a gameboy advance, so if Ren really gets attached, she can keep it, maybe even with the game (maybe, keep in mind that it has sentimental value. Or, I could get her a pokemon game for christmas...

Oh, just though to mention, I fixed my pokemon gold game :yay: !!! I just needed the inspiration of Ren's grandmothers house and 4 electronics stores telling me it was impossible to do! So, I'm going to go home, find my yellow gameboy colour, and play my life away.

One more thing, ONE MORE EXAM TO GO!!!! I wonder if I'll know what to do with myself afterwards...
